# Troubleshooting

> Fixes for common Geenius MVP problems: no plan, a refused publish, a limit reached, a domain that does not connect, a shop that is not live, a missing contact form.

## PLAN_REQUIRED

With no plan nothing can be built. Choose a plan, or sign in with a paid Geenius OS plan. The AI chat needs Premium or Max.

## A refusal names a role

Publishing, rollback, domains, repository actions and removing a site need an admin or owner seat.

## The limit is reached

Sites of every kind count together: 25, 50 or unlimited. Remove a site or choose a bigger plan.

## My domain does not connect

It needs the hosting to be set up for custom domains. Use the DNS guide, then check the status.

## My shop is not live

Run `readiness`. A person switches it live after Stripe Connect is set up and the legal texts are filled in.

## A contact form is missing

Contact forms, waitlists, newsletters and table booking use Geenius OS tools that are not reached from the standalone app yet.

## An argument is refused

An argument an action does not take is refused by name. Check `action: "help"` with `of`.
