Glossary
The words used by Geenius MVP in plain language: brief, design, axis, direction, dock, palette, type pair, kit, spec, preset, publish and rollback.
Axis. One dimension of a design: direction, menu, dock, palette, type pair, line language or a section's variant.
Brief. The facts a site is built on.
Direction. The overall look of a design.
Dock. The small bar that keeps the main action close.
Kit. A ready-made part of a web app, such as members or booking.
Library. All approved parts a design can be made from.
Palette. A set of colours, checked for contrast.
Preset. A saved design, or a starting spec for a web app.
Publish. Build the site and put it live.
Rollback. Put an earlier publish back.
Spec. The description of a web app: kits, entities and the member area.
Type pair. A heading font and a body font that go together.
